Great Christmas Gift for Myself: 2018 Starbucks Planner

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! ♪♫♪

Hi! It was already an eon since the last time I posted here... I’m seeing some cobwebs here already, haha! Well, what made me post here again? Since it is holiday and that I’m not quite in the mood to attend another party yet, let me share to you my recent achievement – my 2018 Starbucks Planner!

I remember how I attempted to acquire this last year, but failed because of my reluctance to go out with friends and loved ones to drink some overpriced beverages. Well, I became more determined this year, I guess. Of course, I couldn’t have done it without the support of some of my friends and loved ones, who were more than willing to spend time (and money as well) with me while drinking our favorite core beverages, trying some new Christmas featured drinks, and having a nice conversation and belly laughs. Thank you guys.. I owe you a lot! Haha! 

So what is with the new Starbucks planner? The planner comes in two designs that feature brushstrokes, which come in the shades of green, blue, and orange. It includes a desk calendar that stands like a cup of Starbucks coffee (to remind you how coffeeholic you are haha!). It also has a stencil, which can also be used as a ruler. The package includes a leather sleeve that can protect your planner and can also make it looks more sophisticated. The exclusive Starbucks card (inspired by Starbucks Kape Vinta) is a great addition. You can treat this card as your cash every time you buy your beverage. The great deal with this card is that anyone who activates it from January 1 to 30, 2018, will have the chance to win 30 or whole year complimentary Grande drinks! Wow!

Every teacher needs a planner. We need to be organized with our schedule and become more productive by prioritizing our things to do. 2016 Nutrition Month Celebration

The National Nutrition Council announces the theme for this year's Nutrition Month Celebration. The NNC will lead the whole nation in this celebration, with the purpose to disseminate nutrition-related messages through the said theme. Specifically, the celebration aims to:

1. create awareness on the importance of proper infant and young child feeding practices, specifically the exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months of life and giving appropriate complementary food after six months with continuous breastfeeding;
2. promote collaboration among stakeholders at the national and local levels for health programs for families with pregnant women and children less than two years old; and
3. serve as a venue for launching of the Early Childhood Care and Development Intervention Package (ECCD-IP) for the first 1000 days.

DepEd enjoins all schools to participate in this celebration by undertaking meaningful activities which will highlight the importance of the first 1000 days of life. However, it is emphasized that the Engaged Time-on-Task policy of the DepEd should be observed as stipulated in the DepEd Order No. 5, s. 2005.
